Exchanges
You can exchange your fragrance order with following terms

1. With original packaging
2. Within 7 days of receipt.

Returns
PerfumExy return policy is pretty straightforward. Within 45 days you can return or exchange our product (only sealed product Please! Thank you). At PerfumExy, we assume our customers are intelligent and trustworthy. If we extend our trust to you, we know you will in return treat us fairly.

We’re different kind of fragrance company. We admire companies like Apple, Amazon, Costco, Fedex, Starbucks and UPS for having great customer service, and we aim to do the same even though we are small.

So Perfumexy.com strives to satisfy the customers, without you, we wouldn’t be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 45 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. .

If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone number to contact (in case) order number and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send via US Mail, UPS or FEDEX and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
